"Acoustics seem to be lacking. I was on the 1st floor and there were people in the room above that seemed to be walking around during the night. They were not jumping or "bouncing" - but nevertheless, squeeks and other sounds emanated from their movement and it was disturbing my sleep.
The lobby had one hi-speed internet access. For less that $100 you can install a WAP and/or a router for multiple hardwire/wireless users. I had chosen the hotel via internet and it said the rooms had hi-speed access, but looks like not all the rooms (including mine) had this yet."

"I had a very rude experience with one of the desk clerks. He accused me of putting him down by a hand jesture I supposedly did. I did no such thing. When I asked him what he was talking about - he went off on me. I will never go back!!!!"
