"We had to request room service after being out most of the day for clean towels and straightening up of room. Although personnel were most pleasant, service itself was just okay."

"I had to request an electrician for my room the morning I was trying to get up because there was no bathroom area electricity and so the hair drying didn't work, my curling iron kept falling out of the wall's outlet by the window where I had to do my hair, but the worst part was having to clean my own bathtub before I could take a shower because it was filthy, and then seeing dead bugs on the wall wasn't the best either. My traveling companion had a roach in his bathtub and dirty shower curtains, as did I."
