"many insects in the bathroom, the beding sheets, towels (I went to Costco to buy towels for my family), carpet are very dirty"

"The Gentleman at the front desk was very very nice and accomodating.He went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. Unfortunately, I am really bad at remembering names but I believe his was Dale? He was super. I liked the location of the hotel. There were several good restaurants within walking distance and it was easy to get to the ski areas and not too far from the Reno-Tahoe bus stop at Harvey's Casino."
