"This hotel had a great location next to the casinos and had beautiful rooms. The breakfast was okay and fighting crowds for it made it too much trouble for us. The manager's reception was a nice touch. We and many other people were very angry and frustrated with check-in. Check out is to be by 12 but they don't make people check-out in time so many customers trying to check-in at 4 were told the rooms weren't ready yet. We were not happy about this and had to keep leaving and coming back to see if the rooms were ready yet. Many people checking in were very frustrated that they were told to come back later, anywhere from 30 minutes to hours later depending on the room. That was not a good note to start the stay on and there are many things a hotel can do to ensure the rooms are cleaned by the check-in time, i.e. enforce penalties for parties that don't leave on time and/or hire more cleaning staff so that the rooms can be completed faster. All in all it was an expensive room and we shouldn't be subjected to that sort of inconvenience."
