"We were from this area quite a while ago (33 years), so we knew the area. We lived in the gardens. This is why we wanted to stay at the Hampton plus we stay at the Hampton in Norfolk and Newport News when we go there to catch our plane when we travel (Richmond is too expensive).
The other two Hampton Inn's cannot come close to this one in Milford. We were so pleased we had to tell the gentlmen who came by to check on the serial # of the TV as we were leaving. This hotel was clean, comfortable, very modern, and the individuals at the front counter couldn't be more friendly. We arrived at 11:30 p.m after a grueling 13 hour car ride. The room was very inviting and made it almost feel like home. Many, Many thanks to staff, and management and all those involved in making this hotel a home away from home.
