"Concierge did not know the area. If it weren't for the yellow pages we would have gotten no where. There were old potato chips in the pull-out sofa sheets. The heated pool lacked the heat. We were under the impression that there was a courtesy shuttle for more than just the airport and they would not even pick us up from Enterprise down the road. We also had a housekeeper that barged in the room one morning. Overall, we were very displeased and the staff didn't even care when we voiced our concerns."

"Stayed in room 227 from Nov1 to Nov2.
The rooms were very clean and well decorated. All fixtures and appliances (iron, hair dryer, fridge, coffee, and even a microwave) were new or in perfect working order.
Beds were comfortable. Sheets were clean. A/C worked well.
Check in was quick and simple despite an unemotive front desk staff.
The bathrooms were clean and big.
Location is great - Close to: Mizner Park, Downtown Delray, Delray Public Beach, etc.
They had free internet access, fax, etc. by the front desk.
Room for improvement:
Front desk line was constantly busy.
Towel rack loose.
Bathroom fan was loud.
The light by the shower was very dim. Should have been much brighter, if only to show off their marble floors.
The elevator was a bear trap - go in quickly or you'll be chopped in half by the door!
All in all, a good experience and I would definitely consider staying here again for the right price."
