"I have stayed at this hotel previously. This time the room was not clean. The sheets were ripped and came off the mattress. This was rectified when I complained. The mirrors were dirty, especially on the back of the bathroom door. After complaining, the room became noticeably cleaner. It also stunk of cigarette smoke and was a non-smoking room. I realize you can't help if someone smokes in the room but it should have been aired out for people requesting non-smoking rooms. However, the worst was the ripped sheets and the sheet coming off the mattress. Roberta Furman"

"The only issue that came up was that our reservation was not held for us. They had overbooked on the day that we arrived. They were very accomodating to find us another place to stay and offered to give us transportation to & from our new hotel. The new hotel was absolutely beutiful however it was just the inconvenience of having to drive back & forth when we were a party of 11 and everyone else was at one hotel we were at another. However as I said, they were very accomodating to help us out."
