"The front desk clerk, Kathleen, was very nice and professfional. I initially asked for 2 beds because I had a girlfriend traveling with me, who could not make it. When I checked in, I told Kathleen I didn't need both beds and if she had something else with just one bed, I would take that. Although that particular type room had not yet been cleaned, she went the extra mile to call my cell phone when it was ready."
