No Tracy from Temple Hill, MD US stayed on April 16, 2004 "The property was clean, and the neighborhood had a nice, homey feel to it. However, this property was TRULY in the middle of nowhere! 20 minutes even to the nearest stores (which were a Walgreen and Eckerds). As my son said "It's not so bad that it takes an hour to get where we're going...it's that it takes an hour to get to the ROAD to get where we're going." We weren't looking to be close to Disney or Universal but close to SOMETHING would have been nice. Also, the lake is one of those Florida lakes that probably dries up when it doesn't rain for a year. Very small. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable and larger than a hotel room. So, if you were looking for an isolated place and didn't mind stocking up on groceries and not leaving your place, or you enjoy spending hours and hours reading maps and driving through small ugly Florida towns, this would be fine. If you want to be close to any major road, keep looking." Recommends the hotel to others? No
