The Penguin Hotel 
The Penguin Hotel is situated directly on sandy beaches of Ocean Drive and 14th street, in the quiet side of Miami Beach and directly across from South Beach. The Miami Airport is located 10 miles away from the hotel. The local attractions include Versace Mansion, Coral Gables Intl Art Center, and Miami Art Museum.The hotel offers services and amenities like restaurant, 24-hour front desk, Bellman, Concierge, non-smoking rooms, rooms/facilities for disabled guests, elevator, safety deposit box, heating, and luggage storage. Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Valet parking is possible on site 30. Each guest room is equipped with wet bar, sink, refrigerator, flat-screen TV, high thread count linen, desk, nightstands and Czechoslovakian crystal chandelier. In room safe, iron/ironing board, individually controlled AC, private bathroom with bath tub, dock radio and hairdryer. Access to Sister property President Hotel (located directly behind the Penguin Hotel). Patio with wade pool, Spaghetti Restaurant and bar, serves homemade pasta dishes, Presidential drinks and more.Please note the minimum check in age is 18. Guests under 18 will not be permitted to check in unless accompanied by parent and/or guardian for the entire stay.The hotel requires a 50 per room, per night (Max 500.00) security deposit at time of check-in should a credit card not be provided.A resort fee of 15 + 13% tax per day will be charged and collected upon check in by the hotel includes continental breakfast for 2 from 8am to 10:30am, happy hour coupons for 2 from 5pm to 7pm, free local phone calls, complimentary Beach towels and beach chairs, complementary Wi Fi, use of safe in guest in room and 2 bottles of water in room.
