"When we arrived at the hotel, there was no Bell Service to help with the luggage anywhere seen. No employee at all tried to assist us, even though there was a small toddler to keep up with. We had to make multiple trips from the lobby to the room to get all of the luggage. When we left the hotel the next morning, no assistance was offered to help with the luggage.
There was also no TV remote control in the room either."
