"the beds had not been turned and had hollows in them. the plug behind the table had been plugged up so only the clock radio could be used, and my mother had a heating pad she uses for her pain in her back. It advertised having iron in room, but they didnt. But they did get us one and let us keep it and the ironing board till we checked out.
Pillows were very little. Little amenities like this make a stay good or can ruin the whole night."
