"I frequently use this hotel because of its excellent shuttle service to the airport. It's the best all around.
However, booking through you cost me $65.00 more than my state rate. That is outrageous, and certainly not a discount that my support staff thought when booking the room."

"We liked the hotel so well we stayed an extra night. The folks at the desk recalculated our bill to reflect a better rate without us asking. Everything went really well except the hotel guide stated you could order ice cream via room service. My wife had her heart set on some late one evening and was told that it was not available."
