"The valet parking was extremely frustrating that we finally just parked the car ourselves. The valet parking attendants seem extrememly disorganized and repeatedly had to ask guests what type of car they were driving. It took us about 20-25 minutes to get our car. For 25$ I would expect much more than this.Check in was time consuming and the concierge forgot to give my credit card back until I asked for it. I had stayed at the Ritz-Carlton before and was impressed. This time I was extremely frustrated and wish I would have picked somewhere else to stay."
