"The rooms are small and our room had a left-over smoke smell even though it was a non-smoking room. The smoking rooms across the hall may have "leaked" into the ventilation. However, the staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean.
Incidentally, the hotel gave me a better rate than you did!"
