"Location is poor as access/egress is very difficult from the main thoroughfare, poorly marked, etc.
I will never book through the internet again as my rservation was not what I requested nor did I receive the discount to which I am entitled. Fortunately the desk person was able to give my discount (AARP) and transfer me to a non-smoking room rather than the smoking room which the booking service had reserved."
