"There is one night that there were some family re-union event at the 16th floor where I stayed, and the group's stereo opened loud and until midnight; I called the reception counter, and they did stopped them. My suggestion is to prevent the same happen by telling the people in charge of the event very clearly about the deadline and do keep them follow it."
