"We had a very unfortunate experience of loud/unruly guests at our location. The pool was not able to be accessed because off a large group of individuals who were extreemely loud and unruly. Not a safe swimming evnironment for young children. Also, these guests were located on the floor above our room and were continually disruptive. We called the office three times because of the noise level. Finally, the police were called at 1:30 am to deal with the unruly guests. It would have been nice if we could have been moved to a different room but none was available. If it wasn't so late and we hadn't been on the road for 16 hours we would have left and found a different locastion. All in all - the hotel location and accomodations were nice, but the hotel staff should have been more proactive in it's handling of the disruptive guests."
