[ 2 review(s) ] Anonymous guest from Chicago, IL US stayed on July 05, 2004 "My family and I stayed at the Jameson Inn in Waycross Georgia from July 2 – July 5. The representative that took our reservation was very polite and friendly but never emailed us our conformation as promised after 2 requests. Upon our arrival, our room was very tidy and clean but we never received housekeeping during our stay due to their short staff, leaving us to clean our room and take our garbage to a dumpster that was overflowing. We found the ice machine empty which was a big disappointment dealing with 90 degree weather and no irons or ironing boards are provided in the room and need to be requested upon check in, but we didn’t find that out until we were preparing to attend a family reunion event the second morning of our stay. When we checked out, the clerk was apologetic but we would’ve appreciated a discount due to the uncomfortable stay." Recommends the hotel to others?
