"Loved the room, the grounds, the beach, the hotel. Service was good and staff freindly. My only complaint is a lack of moderately priced dining options. The hotel would do well with the addition of a lighter fare dinner restaurant."

Mauna Kea Beach Hotel 
The Mauna Kea Beach hotel made the difficult decision to close the hotel for an indefinite period for repairs due to the damage incurred in the October 15th earthquake for the safety and well being of our guests and staff. For the time being we have closed the hotel in all electronic booking channels through 2007 and are working hard to contact guests to help them change their travel plans.
