"We had small children with us and there were no bathtubs, only showers. We wouldn't have booked at that hotel had we known that. We would have appreciated some indication that only showers were available.
The elevator broke while we were there. We were on it when it was acting up. We're glad that we didn't get stuck.
Bathrooms were stained in the grout and appeared unclean although they were probably clean, just stained."

"the staff at this hotel is a joke. They needs major help in customer service skills. they were dressed sloppily, greasy hair, unkemp looking. Their manners were horrible. Forgot our requests so we had to call repeatedly to remind them. Were unwilling to help us with a written reciept so that we could get reembursed from our employer."
