"i STAYED WITH MY SON AND DAUGHTER AND WIFE. WE REQUESTED A KING AND AJOINING ROOM WITH 2 QUEENS. WHEN WE GOT THERE WE RECEIVED TWO ROOMS WITH QUEENS THAT WERE NOT AJOINING. BECAUSE IT WAS MIDNIGHT AND THE HOTEL WAS FULL WE HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THE SECOND DAY TO RECEIVE WHAT WE RESERVED. THEN THE TV IN THE NEXT ROOM HAD A PARENTAL LOCK ON AND NOONE KNEW HOW TO REMOVE IT. THE STAFF WAS AS HELPFUL AS POSSIBLE BUT STILL AN IRRITANT. THANKS."
