"not too friendly of a staff...people skills not that great...when inquiring about services mentioned on internet and other possible options, we received short 'cold' responses... housekeeping had something to be desired...rented refrigerator was dirty when brought to the room...most upper level inns I've stay at have a basic decorum;not the case with this inn (ie: towels in tub or piled on the bathroom floor are usually exchanged...asking for more towels was an adventure in itself...communication was sketchy (call backs---non-exsistent)1-800-operator has different info and rates as compared to the inn itself...we asked for 3-nights and assumed we booked it that way, our last day was quite hectic when we found out that they only booked us for two nights and we had to pack up and leave...frustrating to say the least. I have been to this inn numerous times for educational conferences over the past 10 years and have not had a problem before, but taking my family this time was a huge disappointment."
