"It was difficult to open the front doors and manage the luggage through. It would have been nice to have automatic doors. Atmosphere was slightly depressing/bland; the hallways smelled bad (smoky?), but appeared quite clean."

"Not enough parking. Programmed phone buttons ("messages" "wake up call") didn't work. Got someone else's message. Atmosphere was dull. Front doors difficult to maneuver with luggage."
