"1) The in-room high-speed internet service is appallingly unreliable. I blame the hotel's internet consultants for the indifference. If internet access is an important feature, especially for business travelers, this hotel should be avoided.
2) Wireless internet service in the lobby, on the other hand, is excellent and compliments the wonderful breakfast served by the hotel."

We are located in the south suburbs of Chicago just 1 mile south of the Tri-State Tollway (I-294) on Cicero Avenue. We are only 30 minutes from downtown Chicago with all of its museums, shopping, and entertainment. We are 9 miles from Midway Airport and 25 miles from O'Hare. Within 1 mile you can dine at JC's Pub, Portillo's, Lone Star, Applebees, and Pizzeria Uno. There are several shopping areas within miles of the hotel. We feature 123 comfortable guest rooms, 8 Jacuzzi suites, indoor heated pool, exercise room, and free local calls. Amenities include complimentary ''On The House Breakfast'', TV with cable, free shuttle service to Midway Airport (7am-9pm with scheduled returns), and free shuttle service to local banquet halls.
