[ 1 review(s) ] Roger from Cheektowaga, NY US stayed on July 24, 2004 "Upon arriving at the hotel I found out that after checking in that the rugs & furniture had just been shampooed. The rugs were wet and had to wear snikers all the time. The front desk said they could do nothing about it. They had no control. No mgr.on site. No other rooms available. Guest that came to the room whom we were trveling with had to sit on the bed because of wet furniture.If this is the best you can do then I will not recommend or stay at a Fairfield Inn again when traveling.This occured 7/31/04.Your staff said they can not control when the cleaning people come. You did this service on a friday. You have to be kidding me.You can tell anybody you want because I will. Roger Napier Roger Napier" Recommends the hotel to others? No
