"For $91.00+ it was a poor value -- the room reaked of smoke even though we had asked for a non-smoking room, the pillows were pathetic, there was no hair dryer or coffee maker, no shampoo or conditioner, one set of towels for four people, no internet access...you get the idea. I've stayed in Best Westerns for $69. that had all of the above PLUS free internet access. I would never stay at a Red Roof Inn again unless it was the only room in town. You folks need to look at the competition..."
