"Cleanliness in the commons areas is not at the top of this establishment's list of priorities.
One of the people in our party needed to iron a shirt before attending a wedding. When he did, using the iron and ironing board provided in the room, the dark green color from the board cover bled into his new yellow shirt. He was then forced to forego lunch and shop for a new shirt.
The reservations were not accurate, or not honored as requested. I had reserved a room on-line and my daughter had made a reservation by phone. Both reservations were somehow put in her name. Smoking rooms were listed as available and requested. We were assigned non-smoking rooms.
On the morning of our departure, the boyfriend of the young lady at the front desk was in the hotel. They were arguing quite loudly for everyone to witness. After he left, she was arguing loudly on the telephone. I assume that it was with the young man who was there previously."
