"The room we stayed in was very dirty and it smelled bad! The front desk at time of check in was very slow and uniformed as to location of events! This room was so bad we could not stay for the second nite of our trip. The cleaning crew was non existant! When we returned to our room on the evening of July 30 @005 it had not had the beds changed or towels replaced. There was a sticky substance on the floor the entire time. The bathroom was not cleaned very well when we arrived (used bar's of soap only two towels, in room clock not working) so all in all it was a very very unpleasent stay! When we told the person at the front desk we couldn't stand to stay another nite they informed us that we couldn't receive a credit for our second nite as we booked the room on line and would have to contact the online provider for a credit! Which we have tried to do with no success. So all in all I rate this hotel as very very unsatisfactory."
