"I did NOT complete my stay at your hotel - I checked out an hour after I checked in, but evidently your records indicate I stayed which tells me you likely charged me for the stay. Please credit my credit card as I did not stay (could not stay due to problems with Internet access) and I was told my card had been credited back."
