"My stay was brief, but very comfortable, and a great value for the price. There is always room for "improvement." When you choose to remodel, would you consider the following: a mirror with lighting that a person can walk right up to? I forgot my personal mirror, and it's very difficult for me to see from any distance. Of course, it's not your fault that I'm reaching my senior years, am getting shorter, am nearsighted and have a severe astigmatism.
Oh, consider a slightly better placement for the toilet tissue -- again, my age is bringing about physical changes for me. It's difficult to twist my left arm to reach the roll, and it's not too easy to twist my body to get my right arm there.
Consider allowing a discount for older visitors staying at Lee's when they participate in a special survey to be ahead of us, the aging population."
