"My daughter-in-law and I stayed here because the Argosy Casino was over-booked. Our room was very clean, but the towels and the sheets had a funky odor....like they could have been laundered better. We had a bottom-floor room, right next to where maintenance was doing some work, so we were awakened unexpectantly by noise. I think they could have given us a quieter room....you can hear the people above you clamoring around....not good if you are tired and exhausted from gaming all day and night. The people at the front desk were so-so friendly. Whenever we asked them a question, they seemed to be annoyed by us. Also, when we checked out, we noticed there were charges on there for the shuttle service to the casino, when already had to pay five bucks for them to come and take us 2 minutes down the road.....not so cool."
