"I requested a room with a jacuzzi in the comments section, since the room I selected was a suite. We were celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary, so we wanted a "special" room. When we checked in, the room was wonderfully large, it had a double bed,...but NO JACUZZI! When I went back to the front desk, the hotel clerk said in order to get a room with a jacuzzi, we would have to have requested a "jacuzzi suite". NO where on the internet did it state that. She also denied ever having received such a request. We were extremely disappointed. Also, we were charged for the use of your services, which I thought were free! You need to be very clear about cost of services. Sincerely, Mrs. Diana Jones"
