"There was no alarm/clock radio in the room. We had to request one. There was a coffe maker but no coffe. When we asked for some , they said they were out. We asked for shampoo and they said they were out. One morning for breakfast, the only thing they had was doughnuts, no orange juice and only a very very small amount of milk and this was at 6:30 am. A lot more thning advertised than what was delivered."
