"Rooms were marketed as newly renovated. The plaster on the walls had unfinished patches, the bathroom was small and antiquated, room was too small."

"I asked for a handicapped room with my reservation. Did NOT get one. Asked again; this time I got a room with a door that could NOT be opened - by me OR staff. Got a 3rd room - for the handicapped? That was a joke. Walking is tough for me so going back and forth to the office for THREE rooms was a pain. The shower was NOT barrier free. You may want to think about hiring someone to CHECK YOUR HOTELS OUT for barrier free realities - and maybe other - features. YOU CAN CALL ME. I would consider doing some for you."

The Days Inn of South Bend has 180 newly renovated rooms and is located 1 1/2 miles from Notre Dame University, 3 miles from Downtown South Bend, and 4 miles from Mishawaka. We are at Exit 77 off I-80/70 then 1 mile north. We are surrounded by a choice of restaurants, lounges, mall, and drug store. The Days Inn offers a free deluxe continental breakfast with stay, free local calls, free HBO, ESPN, CNN (30 cable channels in room), and free large truck and R. parking. Outdoor seasonal pool.
