"Hotel itself was good. But the shuttle delivery to the airport was poor. I had signed up ahead of time for my departure time. The shuttle arrived 15 minutes late. And didn't have enough room for all the people who were waiting. I was able to push my way on with my two children so that we were able to catch our flight out. Then when returning from our flight. It took 40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, mind you the hotel is 3 minutes away. When the shuttle did arrive it was from another hotel that was going to bring us to their hotel another Holiday Inn but not the express. They finally worked it out to bring us to the Holiday inn Express but the driver didn't know were it was located and so I had to help him find his way only after being in the town a 1/2 day I knew some what of a way to get there and we did find it. This was very dismaying."
