"When we arrived, the toilet seat was broken, the lid to the coffee pot was broken, and the cover for the A/C controls was broken. The two first problems were fixed during our absence on Saturday, but room service had not cleaned the room or changed the towels. The evening manager was very kind and helpful in providing fresh towels and supplies as compensation. But when we came to check out, our data in the computer had been deleted, so the clerk had to enter it all over again."
