"When asking for 'non-smoking' room, be sure to ask for "nowhere near, above or below another non-smoking room". Some upper level non-smoking rooms are right above smoking rooms, and you can't tell the difference once somebody lights up down there. The hotel staff was very accommodating, and another room was offered promptly upon request. Good breakfast deal that nobody in town can beat."
