"I had requested a non-smoking room and when I arrived, there were none available. My daughter and I are both allergic to smoke and the room smelled terrible. It was not a good experience. I do not feel that the room was clean either."

"The only problem I had was that I received a non smoking room and requested a smoking. And the rate I was charged was higher than the persons that checked in before me. I believe that was probably because I used a booking service. Also I was told by the service that there were no rooms with jaccuzzi tubs in any of the rooms and found out when I got there that yes they did have rooms with jaccuzzi tubs. So actually the room and the people at the hotel were great but the service that I used to book needs some improvement."
