"If the pool is no longer in use, the water should be drained (it looked very dirty). I used the drive-up check-out and it took longer than normal as the hotel clerk received a phone call while she was closing my bill out and the phone call seemed to take precedence over my checking out."

"We have stayed in hotels in 20 countries and 30 states and this hotel was by far the worst. Our main reason for choosing this hotel was for the outdoor swimming pool. Unfortunately, you couldn't see your hand under the water due to the filthy conditions. Further, there were roaches in our dresser drawer as well as dried vomit. The washer and dryer were out of order. We cancelled our reservations after three days and switched to the hotel next door. Not only did we get charged for the room, but also for booking the room online."
