"1) Housekeeping was poor and unacceptable - used towel was folded and put back on the rack and clean.
2) Only 1 wash cloth was left replacing 4
3) Tried to check in at 1:00; however, was told room wouldn't be ready for 2 hrs.
4) Bed linens were deplorable (sheets has thinning holes, bedspread had a cigarette burn hole, and blankets were wrinkled and old.
5) Restaurant coffee was "colored water" and restaurant was not clean.
I have never been so disappointed with a hotel stay, especially a Holiday Inn. I would not recommend this hotel ANYONE."
