"When we checked into our room....the beds were full of ice and the floor was filthy.....Management told us there was nothing they could do about it......We told them we needed to do something? At this point myself and another person helped flip the mattresses due to the wettness.....It still took well over an hour to get the room ready......We checked in at 830 pm and it was close to 10:00 before we could enter the room....We will not stay at another Best Western again due to the poor service..."
