"We had a family reunion and the hotel staff was very accomodating. They let us set up a karaoke machine one night. They helped us set up our family info. and photos and allowed us to leave things out for the entire weekend. They also served us dinner in the lounge. They weren't expecting us, for dinner, and I know that it was overwhelming to the servers. They did the best they could and were pleasant. We appreciated the efforts of the entire staff!"
