"There were no ice machines on the 2nd floor, and the soda machines on the first floor were both out of order. Also there was no elevator so we had to carry our bags up the stairs; it is hard with young children and their stuff. There was not a good sign marking the drive, and we had to turn around and search for the way into the driveway."
