"Excellent condition, hotel was well kept by a staff that cares; perfect location to visit the land between the lakes - a huge national park on the KY/TN border. The staff was great and when there was a mistake in the room (gave me a smoking room; needed non-smoking), they promptly went out of their way to get me moved over and gave me a room upgrade."
