"My stay at our hotel was great. The rooms are wonderful. The only complaint was that I was not informed that there was some remodeling going on so my morning sleep was disturbed, other than that your hotel is top of the line."

"When I made the reservation I made sure that there was a pool and that it was heated, even when we got there I asked the front desk AGAIN if the pool was heated so we can swim, they again said yes. My husband and I took one step into the pool and it felt like ice, there was no way it could have been heated. So then we decided to go into the hot tub, hen we got in and sat down, we realized by the look and smell of it, that it hasnt been cleaned recenlty, We felt so disgusted, we had to go back to the room to get showers. Another problem we had was our tv in the room, everytime we found something to watch the tv would cut out or shut off, it happened every time we watched anything. overall the hotel was clean but I would never stay again."
