"This is not a frills and fancy hotel. Just the bare minumum, but for the $39.99 you get a decent room with a kitchnette(fridge, microwave and stove). If you are planning to stay here for a week or so these might be an advantage.
This room is excellent value for money for those who are very budget conscious.
The great plus about this hotel is its proximity to downtown. Just 5 miles from downtown with easy access to I10 and all the attractions. We booked this room 2 days before the trip and they were the only rooms that we could get at a decent price. All the other hotels especially those in the downtown were over $200 per night!
Don't forget to bring your own soap/shampoo etc, all you get on checking in is 1 bar of soap."

This location is also three miles from Celebration in the Oaks and the Confederate Museum and four miles from the French Quarter.
