"Friendlier staff than at other hotels I've stayed at. Nice clean bathroom. Comfortable beds. Complimentary breakfast in the lobby was very good, complete with waffle iron for you to make your own fresh waffles. Breakfast also had apples, cereal w/ milk, muffins, bagels, hot cocoa, coffee, juices, packets of oatmeal, grits and use of toaster and microwave. Pool area looked great and was lush with plants. (Didn't use it as it was too cool when we stayed.) Only complaint was that the walls were a little bit thin. Heard the neighbor's TV and the housekeeper's carts noisily rolling past our room. Also, the light outside our room kept my husband awake as the room-darkening shades didn't block all of the light out."
