1) No crib was available at check in time, whereas it was requested at the reservation.
2) The breakfast room is too small (only few tables)."

"We found a dirty wash cloth (with pubic hairs attached!!) hanging on the shower rod and when we folded out the sleeper couch we found a dirty sheet on top and Cheerios underneath. We had to go back down to get bedding for the sleeper couch ourselves even though we requested it at the desk when we checked in."
