"We asked for a non smoking room. It said non smoking on the door but smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke. When we called the desk person said that it was a nonsmoking room. We had already expressed to her that we smelled smoke. She said she would bring up a "ionizer" to clean the air. We left for dinner for about 45 minutes. She did not bring up the machine. When we called, she said that she forgot. My fried went down and brought back a spray bottle. We sprayed which helped minimally.
The air conditioner was extremely noisy. We left it on fan due to the noise and were hot for most of the night. We could not open the window due to the latching system."
